To survey and digitally map the world’s subsea environment using autonomous systems, AI-powered analysis, and real-time maritime intelligence to support defence, infrastructure protection, offshore energy, shipping safety, and global maritime resilience.

Training for both defence and commercial sectors through AI-enabled synthetic simulation, autonomous underwater systems, and real-world maritime operational environments. Quantum Mother AI Cyber Security provides the intelligent cyber defence layer behind the Velter Cockleshell ecosystem, using advanced AI, encrypted communications, and real-time threat protection to help secure critical maritime and subsea systems above and below the waves.

Sea Mine Defence Systems protect ports, harbours, and critical maritime infrastructure through AI-enabled subsea security and autonomous defence technologies, operated remotely from the Cockleshell Centre or through host nation command systems — providing peace and reassurance against subsea threats.

Knightingale Autonomous Surface Vessels provide AI-enabled patrol, surveillance, and rapid-response capabilities as part of the Velter Cockleshell Sea Mine Defence System, supporting both defence and global commercial maritime operations, tourism too.

Mini Power Station built to support sovereign energy resilience and operational security. Our vision is that surplus clean energy generated by the facility will be provided free to local residents and SMEs — creating long-term community, commercial, and environmental benefits alongside world-leading subsea innovation.
